Michael R. Gareau

Michael has vast experience in many aspects of the law since beginning practice in 1967. His practice as a municipal attorney beginning in 1973 involved many issues including zoning, civil rights actions, complex litigation, civil service, labor negotiations and land acquisition. On the private side at the same time, his practice became centered on business formation, acquisition and sale of land, and commercial transactions. Closely associated with that practice are issues of Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts for his clients. At present, his concentration is more heavily in the area of Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts and advising clients in acquisition of businesses and real estate.

Practicing since 1996, Michael's primary concentration with the firm has been on family law matters (divorce, dissolution, modifications, etc.) and misdemeanor criminal defense. Additional areas of practice include municipal law, juvenile law and general litigation. Michael currently serves as the Director of Law for the City of North Olmsted, Ohio. He previously served for over ten years as a member of the North Olmsted City Council. Michael provides practical and straightforward advice combined with a passionate advocacy to resolve the complex legal challenges facing you.

David M. Gareau

David M. Gareau

David is a trial attorney who represents plaintiffs and defendants, both individuals and businesses, in a wide range of disputes. His practice focuses on consumer protection violations, real estate litigation, probate litigation, personal injury, and construction litigation. Having honed his skills as a litigator at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, LLP in Cleveland, David has handled major litigation for a local automobile franchise; has litigated disputes involving employee benefits under Ohio's pension plans; has pursued home builders for shoddy work, and has defended complex commercial construction cases.

Beth Stehlik

Beth has been practicing law since 2004. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate administration, estate taxation, trust administration and guardianships. Besides developing and preparing estate plans, Beth also has considerable experience practicing before multiple probate courts throughout the State of Ohio.
